Her collaboration with Latin GRAMMY-winner/GRAMMY nominated Sebastián Yatra on “Til You’re Home” from the film “A Man Called Otto,” (which Rita also produced) landed on the Oscar shortlist for Best Original Song. In 2019 Rita received a star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame celebrating her rich and notable film career and was later honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce in 2021.
